Executive Summary

Frank has more than 15 years of relevant experience in Aruban taxes and has been at the forefront of many tax law reforms throughout the years. Although a professional in a small market like Aruba needs to be a generalist, Frank has special affinity with formal tax law, corporate income tax, transfer pricing and pensions. Frank is responsible for HR, risk management and quality at BDO-WTS.
